Wolfberries can be harvested with use of the Herbalism skill. you can attempt to harvest at 0.0 skill - a higher skill grants a much better chance at succesfully harvesting the recource.
They are commonly used as enzyme to create catalysts which are required to make potions, or curative which is required by leatherworkers to tan hides and make armor. Making catalysts is an easy way to begin alchemy skilling.
